We are currently recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Estate Surveyor to join our expanding real estate operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing comprehensive property transactions, conducting precise valuations, and delivering exceptional advisory services to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough property inspections, accurate valuations, and comprehensive market assessments across various asset classes.
- Manage end-to-end property leasing, sales, and day-to-day property management activities to maximize asset value.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, legal property documentation, and insightful market research briefs.
- Advise clients strategically on lucrative property investments, competitive rental values, and emerging real estate market trends.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with landlords, tenants, prospective buyers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Nigerian property laws, zoning regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Estate Management, Building, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven, relevant experience in estate surveying, property valuation, or real estate management.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of property valuation methodologies and seamless real estate transaction processes.
- Possession of a professional certification or active membership with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
