In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between education and employment, ensuring our graduates successfully transition into the global job market.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Employability Associate, you will guide and mentor learners through their career transition journey by performing the following duties:
- Collaborate closely with clients to optimize and tailor their CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for maximum ATS compatibility and professional impact.
- Manage targeted job applications and identify relevant career opportunities matching the profiles and skill sets of our graduates.
- Conduct comprehensive interview preparation sessions, including mock interviews, confidence building, and strategic feedback.
- Track application progress, monitor key success metrics, and provide continuous guidance throughout the entire job search process.
- Maintain high engagement levels with learners, keeping them motivated, prepared, and competitive in the job market.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following attributes and qualifications:
- Proven experience in career coaching, recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or a similar advisory role.
- Exceptional understanding of modern recruitment practices, ATS systems, CV writing standards, and LinkedIn optimization.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to coach and motivate others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios and track application progress effectively.
