We are currently looking for a talented Digital Marketer to expand our market reach and accelerate our growth within the Nigerian real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive land sales across Nigeria.
- Manage and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize high-performing Facebook and Instagram Meta advertisements.
- Develop effective audience-targeting strategies to attract prospective land buyers and investors.
- Monitor advertising performance, analyze lead quality, and track campaign return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture prospects and convert digital enquiries into actual property sales.
- Analyze campaign data to prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Identify emerging digital marketing opportunities to scale revenue and market share.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Hands-on practical experience in managing and scaling Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Strong expertise in digital lead generation, audience segmentation, and budget optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality leads within agreed advertising budgets.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
