Key Responsibilities- Assist senior dental therapists and dental surgeons in delivering comprehensive oral health care to patients.
- Participate in preventive dental care programs, community dental health outreaches, and patient education.
- Perform scaling, polishing, and other routine dental therapy procedures under professional supervision.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment histories, and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms for daily clinical operations.
- Possess a recognized degree or equivalent qualification in Dental Therapy from a reputable university in Nigeria or abroad.
- Must hold provisional registration with the Dental Therapy Board of Nigeria or relevant regulatory council.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and effective communication for patient management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.
