We are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing brand in the Nigerian fashion industry to find a vibrant, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face and voice of the brand, ensuring every shopper enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and memorable luxury retail experience.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to customer enquiries professionally in person, via phone, and across digital channels.
- Provide accurate details regarding clothing items, sizing, pricing, stock availability, and production timelines.
- Assist customers with styling, wardrobe selections, and taking precise body measurements using a tape rule.
- Process sales orders accurately and coordinate closely with tailoring and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Manage customer feedback, returns, and resolutions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records, measurements, and daily transaction details.
- Keep the retail and customer service area neat, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
- Previous professional experience in customer service, retail sales, or the fashion industry is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to take accurate body measurements using a tape rule is strictly required.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
- Must be available to resume work immediately.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 140,000 to NGN 180,000.
