About the Role
Alfred & Victoria Associates, a leading ICT solutions company in Nigeria, is looking for a skilled CRM Analyst & Automation Specialist to optimize our customer journeys and marketing operations. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation technologies to improve lead conversion, engagement, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and validate data across marketing, sales, CRM, and web analytics platforms to ensure reporting reliability.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Manage CRM databases, ensuring accurate customer records, lead information, and communication histories.
- Develop and implement automated workflows for lead capture, nurturing, email campaigns, and customer onboarding using tools like Zapier or Make.
- Monitor sales funnel progression, execute A/B testing, and establish lead scoring models to boost conversion effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance metrics including ROI, CPA, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- HND or BSc in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in marketing analytics, digital reporting, or CRM management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience configuring CRM platforms, chatbots, and workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SQL or Python is an added advantage.
