About the Role
Vestates Limited, a premier real estate and property management company established in 2013, is seeking a talented Content Creator and Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team in Abuja. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging, brand-aligned content across our assigned subsidiaries, turning business objectives into creative and commercially effective stories that resonate with our target audience of prospective tenants, home buyers, and commercial developers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative content ideas and monthly content calendars aligned with each subsidiary's marketing objectives.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, hooks, video scripts, and strong calls-to-action.
- Produce engaging short-form videos, Reels, photos, and other social media content, ensuring timely delivery.
- Plan and execute content shoots using available equipment and manage a minimum of 12 planned content pieces per month per subsidiary.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and videographer to support campaigns, promotions, launches, and events.
- Monitor relevant social media trends and review content performance metrics to continually improve future strategies.
- Proven professional experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar marketing role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and basic video editing skills with a robust portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content and write compelling scripts and captions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands is an added advantage.
