We are currently seeking a meticulous and proficient Computer Technician with specialized expertise in motherboard repair to join our dynamic technical operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced component-level diagnostics and repairs on laptop, desktop, and server motherboards.
- Carry out precision micro-soldering tasks, including Surface Mount Device (SMD) replacement, Ball Grid Array (BGA) reballing, and trace repair.
- Read and interpret complex schematic diagrams and board view files to accurately isolate hardware faults.
- Diagnose, clean, and restore liquid-damaged electronic boards and related components.
- Replace faulty connectors, ports, and execute BIOS/UEFI chip reprogramming.
- Conduct thorough stress, thermal, and functional testing to confirm overall board stability and optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all diagnostics, repairs performed, and replacement parts utilized.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; Associate Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related IT discipline is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in component-level motherboard repair.
- Exceptional proficiency in micro-soldering, BGA rework, and schematic interpretation.
