About the Role
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, a leading end-to-end financial services provider in Nigeria and a member of the Standard Bank Group, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Personal Banker. In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of retail clients, delivering comprehensive, relationship-based banking solutions that meet their financial needs while contributing to the bank's growth objectives across locations including Zaria, Kaduna, Taraba, Kano, and Niger.
Key Responsibilities- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through exceptional service delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.
- Guide customers through the bank's products and services, providing clear information on lending solutions, account requirements, and banking processes while ensuring compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for new and existing customers to identify suitable banking solutions aligned with their financial goals.
- Proactively identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the product suite to deepen customer relationships and maximize portfolio value.
- Drive deposit mobilization by growing savings, current, fixed deposit, and investment portfolios, ensuring the achievement of assigned liability and revenue targets.
- Actively manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio, maximizing revenue through product penetration and relationship expansion while maintaining sound risk management standards.
- Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers through business development activities, market networking, and customer referrals.
- Minimum of a University Degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of consumer banking processes, procedures, and products.
