About the Role
Iconic Open University, a premier private open and distance learning institution licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor in Ibadan. In this vital role, you will uphold academic integrity and ensure a seamless examination process for our distance learning students.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure technical and operational smooth-running.
- Ensure strict adherence to university examination rules, guidelines, and anti-malpractice protocols.
- Supervise the conduct of students and manage the examination hall environment professionally.
- Assist in the secure distribution, collection, and reconciliation of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports to the university administration after each session.
- Must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution with relevant academic or administrative experience.
- Prior demonstrable experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be a current resident of Ibadan, Oyo State.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based testing platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, observational, and time-management skills.
