Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough wheel, fleet, and scrap tyre inspections to identify critical maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise daily tyre maintenance, tyre management, and Truck Force service activities to ensure operational excellence.
- Train clients and their personnel on proper tyre care, handling, and maintenance best practices.
- Evaluate tyre and product performance in the field, providing actionable technical solutions.
- Deliver robust technical support to the Sales team while reporting on key competitor activities and emerging market trends.
- Lead and mentor the Truck Force team, guaranteeing adherence to stringent safety standards and efficient service delivery.
- Proven practical experience in tyre inspection, maintenance, management, or servicing ranging from 1 to 4+ years.
- Direct background in fleet tyre operations, commercial truck and bus tyre maintenance, or Truck Force operations is highly desirable.
- Candidates with prior experience from tyre manufacturers, distributors, tyre service companies, or OTR/industrial operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
