Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including professional networks, social media, and job boards, to attract passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent The Concept Group at career fairs and networking events to build strong employer branding.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a structured corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requests simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
