About the Role
Ginos Ventures Limited is a leading indigenous distributor of medical consumables, devices, and pharmaceutical products across Africa, partnering with over 15 multinational healthcare companies and serving approximately 60% of healthcare institutions in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee our pharmaceutical operations, ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, and support the safe, efficient distribution of our medical products. In this vital role, you will be the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and provide professional leadership to our expanding supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure full compliance with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations, NAFDAC guidelines, and other applicable pharmaceutical laws.
- Oversee the registration, licensing, and timely renewal of the company's pharmaceutical premises and permits.
- Supervise the proper storage, handling, distribution, and documentation of pharmaceutical products and medical consumables in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pharmaceutical records to ensure absolute readiness for internal and external regulatory inspections.
- Liaise proactively with the PCN, NAFDAC, and relevant health authorities to manage regulatory affairs smoothly.
- Provide expert professional guidance, mentorship, and supervision to internal staff regarding pharmaceutical standards and quality assurance.
- Possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution.
- Must be fully registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) with a valid and current annual practicing licence.
- Minimum of relevant post-qualification experience in pharmaceutical practice, with a strong background in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale, or healthcare supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Nigerian pharmaceutical regulations, documentation protocols, and quality assurance standards.
