Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and review comprehensive primary education curriculum content tailored for online and distance learning formats.
- Apply deep subject matter expertise and strong writing skills to create engaging, accessible, and academically rigorous learning materials.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance on all instructional content to ensure alignment with academic standards and educational best practices.
- Integrate modern educational technology and AI tools to enhance learner engagement, interactivity, and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, technologists, and multimedia teams to produce top-tier digital educational assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a relevant academic field; a Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated teaching experience, particularly within primary education settings, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a profound command of primary education concepts.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development frameworks and effective strategies for online learner engagement.
