Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and review comprehensive curriculum content for Insurance and Risk Management courses.
- Ensure high academic standards through rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials tailored for online and distance education.
- Leverage AI and modern educational technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to produce top-tier e-learning modules.
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Prior teaching or lecturing experience in tertiary education is an added advantage.
- Strong writing skills combined with deep subject matter expertise.
