About the Role
Nepal Energy, a renowned leader in the importation, warehousing, and distribution of petroleum products in Nigeria, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Station Manager. In this role, you will oversee the overall management, profitability, and operational performance of our retail service station, ensuring seamless daily operations and adherence to top-tier industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day station operations, ensuring uninterrupted availability of petroleum products and retail merchandise.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to maximize fuel and non-fuel revenue.
- Oversee financial controls, daily cash collections, banking, reconciliations, and cost-control measures.
- Maintain accurate fuel stock monitoring and inventory management while minimizing losses and shrinkage.
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate station personnel, including supervisors, cashiers, and pump attendants.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and foster a welcoming station environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, oil and gas, or FMCG, with at least 1 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in cash handling and inventory reconciliation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
