We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager III to lead our high-stakes capital projects. Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, execute, and finalize major capital projects valued at over $500 million.
- Ensure all projects are strictly delivered within approved budgets, defined scopes, and agreed timelines.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and Project Leadership Teams (PLT) to foster high performance.
- Integrate development planning and subsurface team deliverables seamlessly into overall project master plans.
- Proactively identify and resolve key project issues while effectively managing resources and project governance.
- Manage critical relationships with joint-venture partners, commercial stakeholders, and government representatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Extensive, proven experience in managing major capital projects within the oil and gas industry.
- International project experience, including a minimum of two successful overseas assignments.
- Strong leadership, personnel management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in core project management disciplines including execution planning, contracting, procurement, cost estimating, project controls, planning, and scheduling.
- Technical expertise in one or more specialized disciplines such as Marine, Facilities, Subsea, Pipelines, or Structures.
