We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Production Technologist III to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in our upstream operations. In this strategic role, you will provide critical technical leadership in well completion design and execution, Well, Reservoir and Facility Management (WRFM), production system optimisation, and integrated field development activities. Key Responsibilities- Lead well performance optimisation, completion design, and advanced intervention activities.
- Drive WRFM, comprehensive well integrity management, and overall production system optimisation.
- Identify and mature production improvement opportunities to maximise hydrocarbon recovery.
- Lead flow assurance management as well as problem well identification and remediation.
- Contribute effectively to Reservoir Development Studies (RDS) and Field Development Plans (FDP).
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior Production Technologists.
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Extensive professional experience in production technology, well completions, and reservoir management within the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in WRFM, well integrity, and production optimisation techniques.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of mentoring junior staff.
