Key Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, and manage the nursing team to ensure seamless 24/7 healthcare service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programmes to enhance clinical knowledge and hands-on skills.
- Monitor staff performance regularly and ensure strict compliance with clinical standards and Nigerian healthcare regulations.
- Champion quality patient care initiatives, patient safety protocols, and adherence to established nursing guidelines.
- Identify organizational training needs, mentor junior and mid-level nurses, and promote continuous professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize overall hospital service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Current and valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) registration and practicing licence.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or management capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical training, curriculum delivery, and staff mentorship.
