Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain robust, integrated geological and reservoir models to drive strategic decision-making.
- Identify, evaluate, and mature high-value development and production opportunities across our assets.
- Provide critical geological input into well planning, drilling execution, and workover operations.
- Conduct thorough geological risk and uncertainty assessments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Support comprehensive field development planning and long-term reservoir management strategies.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and specialists to optimize hydrocarbon recovery.
- Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior geoscientists to foster professional growth.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology or a related Geoscience discipline.
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience working within an operating Exploration and Production environment.
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in production and reservoir geology, geological modeling, and detailed reservoir characterization.
- Proven proficiency in Petrel or equivalent industry-standard geological interpretation and modeling software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
- A relevant higher degree or professional certification will be considered an added advantage.
