About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of chemical engineers, provide technical leadership, and spearhead the design, development, and implementation of innovative chemical processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the chemical engineering team by setting strategic goals, defining priorities, and aligning with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of advanced chemical processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, process improvement, and successful project execution.
- Provide expert technical guidance while ensuring strict compliance with local and international safety regulations and industry standards.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse team by driving talent acquisition, professional development, and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in chemical engineering and process operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with a proven track record of mentoring technical teams.
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering and experience with industry-standard process simulation software are highly valued.
