We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new retail and corporate sales opportunities across designated Nigerian markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with individual and business customers.
- Promote the company's foodstuff products, special offers, and subscription services across multiple channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Execute strategic sales and marketing campaigns to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly sales reports and maintain an accurate, up-to-date customer database.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools.
