About the Role
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) invites qualified and experienced security service providers to submit competitive proposals for the provision of professional security guard services across its operational locations in Abuja, Borno, Sokoto, Zamfara, and Adamawa States, Nigeria. This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a 24-month framework agreement to protect DRC offices, facilities, staff, assets, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy, supervise, and manage qualified security personnel across specified DRC operational locations in Nigeria.
- Ensure round-the-clock physical security and access control for DRC offices, facilities, and assets.
- Maintain consistent service standards and execute effective emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate closely with DRC logistics and operations teams to minimize security risks and ensure operational continuity.
- Provide regular incident reports and maintain strict compliance with DRC humanitarian principles and safety guidelines.
- Proven track record of providing security guard services to INGOs, UN agencies, or reputable corporate organizations in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated operational capacity and geographical coverage across Abuja, Borno, Sokoto, Zamfara, and Adamawa States.
- Ability to mobilize resources independently without requiring advance payments.
- Comprehensive training programs and professional background checks for all deployed security personnel.
- Submission of complete technical and financial proposals before the tender deadline of 18th November 2026.
