About the Role

We are looking for a vigilant and proactive Regional Security Officer to ensure our physical spaces remain safe, secure environments where our teams can thrive without disruption.
Key Responsibilities- Safeguard personnel, offices, and equipment by implementing comprehensive regional security policies.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and design innovative risk mitigation strategies.
- Supervise, train, and mentor private security guards and armed personnel.
- Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcement, community stakeholders, and emergency services.
- Lead responses to security incidents and draft clear, actionable investigative reports.
- Manage automated security technologies, including CCTV systems and access control infrastructure.
- Minimum of 5 years of physical security leadership experience in a guard services firm or as an ex-commissioned military, police, or paramilitary officer.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field.
- Recognized professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
- Proficiency in local dialects relevant to the assigned region.
- Clean criminal record and successful completion of comprehensive background checks.
