About the Role
Tokiye Integrated Medical Services is seeking a dedicated and strategic Program Manager to lead our impactful healthcare and social support initiatives. In this vital role, you will provide operational leadership for programmes supporting vulnerable women, children, and families, ensuring our interventions meet the highest international standards of excellence and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead beneficiary identification, screening, and transparent assessment processes through field visits and rigorous case management.
- Develop measurable, cost-effective support plans and secure necessary Board approvals for programme execution.
- Manage annual programme budgets, monitor financial expenditures, and ensure optimal value for money across all interventions.
- Coordinate direct programme delivery and foster strategic partnerships with community stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Serve as Deputy Safeguarding Lead to guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols and risk management policies.
- Recruit, supervise, and mentor a growing programme team while establishing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Degree or professional qualification in Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in NGO programme management or community development, focusing on vulnerable populations.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, financial literacy, and comprehensive case documentation.
- Must be based in Port Harcourt with a strong willingness to travel within Nigeria as required.
