GiftsBySisi is a premier, Lagos-based gifting company founded in 2020 that specializes in curated, hand-wrapped, and personalized gifts. We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Operations Personnel to join our vibrant team in Surulere and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, assemble, and arrange exquisite gift items strictly according to customer orders and design specifications.
- Handle printing, personalization, meticulous packaging, and rigorous quality checks for all outgoing items.
- Ensure all orders are accurately packed, labeled, and ready for timely dispatch by our logistics partners.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and keep the workspace exceptionally clean and organized.
- Receive, inspect, and properly organize incoming stock shipments following company standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and logistics teams to guarantee smooth daily workflows.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational tasks.
- Provide reliable assistance with general operational duties as required by management.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification or higher from a recognized institution.
- Prior working experience in a similar operations, retail, inventory, or production role will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail with a high standard for visual presentation and quality control.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing digital order updates and inventory records.
- Hardworking, reliable, and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Must reside in or be readily able to commute to our store location in Surulere, Lagos.
