About the Role
Platform Finance Limited is a newly established, CBN-approved financial institution dedicated to providing exceptional loans, investments, and asset management services. We are currently seeking a dynamic, diligent, and results-driven Operations Officer to join our growing team and ensure the smooth execution of our daily financial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer account opening, onboarding, and verify completeness of customer documentation.
- Perform comprehensive customer KYC checks in line with approved regulatory procedures.
- Post approved transactions accurately into the Core Banking Application (CBA).
- Process approved loan bookings, disbursements, investment bookings, and liquidations.
- Execute approved transaction reversals, adjustments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Perform daily transaction checks, reconciliations, and follow up on incomplete documentation.
- Ensure all transaction instructions are properly authorized before processing.
- Maintain organized customer transaction files and generate comprehensive daily operational reports.
- Escalate system errors and transaction discrepancies promptly.
- Support customer dispute resolution by providing accurate transaction records and audit trails.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of cognate operational experience in a bank or CBN-licensed financial institution.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML regulations, and financial industry compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using Core Banking Applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
