About the Role
Joes & Eves is a premier business management and solutions provider for MSMEs in Nigeria, renowned for innovative strategies and customer-centric values. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Lekki, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations, including construction, interior design, and project execution.
- Plan, manage, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and budget adherence.
- Supervise operations, administrative staff, subcontractors, artisans, and site personnel.
- Coordinate procurement, material sourcing, inventory, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project budgets, operational expenses, and cash flow requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and health and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in construction, real estate, interior design, or the fit-out industry.
- Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or management role leading teams and operational activities.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, resource planning, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
- Must be available to work in Lekki, Lagos.
