About the Role
ProcessFlow Consulting Ltd is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and driven NYSC Engineering Intern to join our progressive team. In this role, you will gain hands-on technical experience working alongside seasoned professionals in electrical engineering, power systems, and facility management. This is an exceptional opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to build a solid foundation in engineering operations while completing the mandatory National Youth Service Corps program in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Assist engineers with the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical and power systems.
- Support routine servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of generators, UPS systems, batteries, rectifiers, and related power equipment.
- Participate in site visits and technical inspections at data centres, telecommunications facilities, and client locations.
- Monitor the performance and operational efficiency of power and energy management systems.
- Support the installation and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy monitoring solutions.
- Assist with identifying equipment faults and documenting technical issues for further investigation.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, service records, maintenance schedules, and project documentation.
- Support senior engineers during project implementation, commissioning, and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure all assigned tasks comply with established health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Must currently be serving in the NYSC program or about to commence service.
- Basic understanding of electrical power systems, generators, and UPS equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for technical detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical reporting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
