About the Role
Ultimum Limited is a fast-growing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages manufacturing company and the Nigerian subsidiary of Union Camerounaise de Brasseries, a leading total beverages manufacturer with over 50 years of success and a proud sponsor of the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor - Automation & Electrical to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence at our Nigerian facility.
Key Responsibilities- Execute process automation system maintenance activities and ensure business continuity plans and procedures for the plant.
- Lead OTIF execution of planned and breakdown maintenance for all electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for power supply, distribution systems, and automation assets.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and coordinate technical training for mechatronics and electrical personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with manufacturing safety standards, HACCP, and machine safety protocols across all workshops.
- Maintain accurate online and offline records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and system performance KPIs.
- Prepare regular performance and status reports for management, highlighting system efficiency and project progress.
- NABTEB, WAEC Technical, or OND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and maintenance roles within the food and beverage industry.
- Expertise in electrical systems, automation, and control systems including PLC, SCADA, and DCS.
- Proven experience in focused improvement maintenance (FIM) planning, predictive maintenance, and SAP PM or CMMS.
- Ability to read engineering designs using AutoCAD and other technical software.
