About the Role
Konstructum Contracting Company (KCC) is a leading multidisciplinary engineering services, turnkey design, and construction firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. We are currently looking for a dedicated Logistics Analyst / Buyer to drive our procurement, purchasing, logistics coordination, and supply chain management activities across critical infrastructure projects in the energy, oil and gas, and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to project sites, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Source suppliers, obtain and evaluate quotations, and analyze procurement costs to identify savings.
- Monitor inventory levels, track delivery documentation, and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare regular procurement and logistics reports.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with organizational policies and internal controls.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within construction or engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
