In this vital role, you will provide exceptional, personalized care in a secure and supportive environment, fostering the holistic development of the child.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, nurturing, and one-on-one care tailored precisely to the child's specific developmental stage and milestones.
- Plan, prepare, and lead engaging educational activities, creative play, and assist seamlessly with school routines and daily homework.
- Manage comprehensive daily hygiene routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining orderly children's spaces.
- Prepare wholesome, nutritious meals and snacks suitable for the child's dietary needs.
- Establish consistent routines that promote positive behavior, emotional well-being, and healthy sleep habits.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors during recreational activities.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional nanny or childcare experience in a reputable residential setting.
- Proven background in early childhood education, child development, or a closely related field is an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a warm, patient, and trustworthy demeanor.
- First aid and CPR certification will be considered a strong plus.
- Must be willing to reside at the employer's premises in Asokoro, Abuja, with a flexible approach to scheduling.
