About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Level 3 Completions Engineer to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence by supporting well planning and execution, optimizing project costs, ensuring uncompromising engineering integrity, and upholding the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed engineering designs and comprehensive well completion plans to meet project objectives.
- Ensure geological and reservoir targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and within operational timelines.
- Optimize well design expenditures, manage budgets, and maximize return on investments.
- Monitor active completion projects closely and guarantee the collection of accurate, high-quality operational data.
- Collaborate seamlessly with drilling teams, completion foremen, external service companies, and field operations personnel.
- Identify industry best practices and evaluate emerging technologies, including advanced subsea systems.
- Champion rigorous safety protocols, environmental compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of completions design, specialized equipment, operations, industry standards, and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated familiarity with subsea systems technology will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing project priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and standard engineering software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
