Hausba Smarthomes Limited, a premier provider of bespoke electronics and home technology founded in 2010, is looking for a talented Lead, System Integrator to join our growing team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Review and approve technical designs, engineering drawings, and bills of materials prior to project installation.
- Supervise on-site cabling, hardware installation, rack builds, and network configuration to ensure the highest standards.
- Program and commission complex AV, automation control, networking, and security systems.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior integrators and interns on the job to build local technical capacity.
- Execute rigorous system testing, troubleshoot and resolve faults, and produce comprehensive as-built handover documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AV or smart-building integration, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
- Extensive practical knowledge of automation control systems, high-end audio and video distribution, and IP networking.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Control4, or Dante are a strong advantage.
