About the Role
Honeywell International is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Chemical Engineer to join our multinational team, providing exceptional service management and technical leadership across assigned customer accounts in the refining, petrochemicals, and gas industries.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary service contact for assigned accounts, aligning deliverables with customer business priorities and operational goals.
- Coordinate contract delivery, track service commitments, and collaborate with sales to identify scope changes or renewal opportunities.
- Lead technical issue resolution by translating customer concerns into actionable problem statements and engaging specialized technical teams.
- Manage service execution and resource planning for unit start-ups, catalyst reloads, turnarounds, and routine maintenance inspections.
- Drive service growth by identifying value-based opportunities, health checks, training, and digital solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, monitor service agreements, and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 6+ years of progressive experience within the Refining, Petrochemicals, and Gas industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in chemical engineering principles, problem-solving, and analytical practices.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Availability for approximately 40% domestic and international travel to customer sites.
