About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Investment Manager to join our team on an ad hoc basis. In this role, you will provide critical investment research, thorough due diligence, and strategic advisory support directly to the Principal, ensuring optimal financial growth and capital protection.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify lucrative investment opportunities across equities, fixed income, real estate, and private businesses.
- Conduct comprehensive financial, commercial, and legal due diligence on proposed investments and market trends.
- Prepare concise investment briefs, performance reports, and objective recommendations for the Principal.
- Monitor existing investments, track portfolio milestones, and identify emerging financial risks or opportunities.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants, and fund managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or ACA are highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity, or wealth management.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian and international investment markets, financial statements, and risk management.
