About the Role
Hodskey Consultants Limited is a leading creative and innovative management training and consulting institution in Nigeria, helping private and public sector organizations transform potential into high performance. We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive ICT and Digital Learning Officer to manage our digital learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and e-learning content while providing reliable day-to-day ICT support to ensure our training programmes are delivered seamlessly and securely.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, configure, and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classroom tools.
- Create course spaces, manage user enrolment, and track participant attendance and progress.
- Collaborate with trainers to convert learning materials into interactive modules, videos, and quizzes.
- Provide first-line technical support for learners, facilitators, internal staff, hardware, and networks.
- Maintain the ICT asset register, software licences, backups, and security updates in alignment with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
- Assist in maintaining the company website, online registration forms, and digital content repository.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration, digital content creation, and general IT support.
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Moodle or similar LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
