About the Role
Bond Chemical Industries Limited has grown from a visionary retail pharmacy established in 1976 into a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Nigeria. Located in Awe, Oyo State, with our corporate head office in Lagos, we are dedicated to delivering qualitative products through continuous expansion and state-of-the-art infrastructure. We are currently looking for a dedicated HVAC Officer to join our technical team and ensure the seamless operation of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various company environments, including factory and residential settings.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service air conditioning and heating equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, calibration, adjustment, and testing of HVAC equipment to enhance longevity and energy efficiency.
- Manage HVAC piping systems, including pipe layout, installation, and maintenance of all associated components.
- Perform any other job-related duties or technical tasks as assigned by the facility manager.
- Minimum of a Technical Certification, Trade Test, OND, or HND in a relevant technical field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining complex HVAC systems.
- In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of HVAC piping systems and system components.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
