Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive training plans aligned with company business objectives and evolving employee needs, ensuring seamless implementation across departments.
- Design, develop, and facilitate diverse training programs, including structured new employee onboarding, technical skill enhancement, and leadership development.
- Collaborate regularly with department heads to accurately identify, analyze, and prioritize departmental training requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all training initiatives and continuously refine course materials and methodologies for maximum impact.
- Execute additional human resources and leadership tasks as assigned to support overall organizational success.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in training and development, with at least 5 years specifically in a training supervisor, manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern training processes, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a strong collaborative spirit.
