About the Role
Join the Dangote Group, Africa's leading diversified manufacturing conglomerate, as an HR Shared Services Specialist. In this pivotal role based at our bustling operational headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria, you will coordinate and implement approved HR shared services activities, ensuring efficient service delivery across employee welfare, travel administration, expatriate support, and engagement programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the medical and HMO scheme for employees, ensuring prompt resolution of escalated issues.
- Coordinate expatriate leave planning, administration, and travel logistics.
- Facilitate seamless local and international travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
- Manage vendor relationships with healthcare providers, travel agencies, and crèche operators.
- Support employee welfare initiatives, crèche operations, and year-end engagement programmes.
- Monitor service delivery standards, ensure compliance with SLAs, and identify process improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports, utilisation statistics, and management updates for leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Management, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services or Employee Services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated experience in HMO management and vendor negotiation.
