About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Job Analyst to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining organizational structures, managing position inventories, and delivering actionable workforce insights to support our global operations in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain organizational structures, charts, and position inventories in HR systems ensuring accuracy and alignment.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports on headcount, workforce trends, and organizational metrics using advanced analytical tools.
- Support the administration of key HR campaigns, including performance appraisals, merit increases, and workforce reviews.
- Coordinate the creation and issuance of IGG numbers while maintaining accurate employee and position records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain audit-ready records, and provide guidance to HR stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, HR analytics, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with HR information systems (e.g., HR4U, OrgPlus).
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with working knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools being an advantage.
