About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our professional housekeeping team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all assigned guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to strict hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds with fresh linens.
- Restock towels, luxury toiletries, and other complimentary room amenities promptly.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in corridors, stairwells, lifts, and other designated public areas.
- Collect, sort, and manage soiled linen and laundry efficiently according to hotel guidelines.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues, room damage, spills, or safety hazards to the supervisor and maintenance department.
- Handle lost-and-found items with high integrity, ensuring they are logged and submitted correctly.
- Respond politely, professionally, and promptly to all guest requests and inquiries.
- Adhere strictly to hotel safety, hygiene, and confidentiality policies, ensuring the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Possession of an SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 proven years of professional housekeeping experience within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Unwavering honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and pushing heavy trolleys.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed by hotel operations.
- Good communication skills coupled with a courteous and guest-friendly attitude.
