About the Role
Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer on a 3-month contract to support our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. In this exciting role, you will create compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence across digital and print platforms while supporting hotel promotions, events, food and beverage campaigns, and guest communications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative designs for marketing campaigns, hotel promotions, and corporate communications.
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, and fact sheets.
- Create engaging digital content for social media, email marketing, website updates, and online advertisements.
- Produce short-form video graphics, animations, and motion graphics based on campaign briefs.
- Design sales materials for rooms, spa, meetings, MICE, weddings, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support photography and videography projects with creative concepts, visual references, and image editing.
- Ensure absolute consistency with Hyatt corporate identity and global brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Food and Beverage.
- Coordinate with external printers, photographers, videographers, and creative agencies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining organized libraries of digital assets.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury brands, or creative agencies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with Canva, video editing tools, and motion graphics applications.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing exceptional digital and print design capabilities.
