We specialize in optimizing the chemical distribution process, from raw material sourcing and quality control to last-mile delivery. Our dynamic 24-month program spans five comprehensive tracks designed to provide you with a complete picture of our business operations, setting you up for long-term career success in the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a rigorous two-year rotational program, spending Year One across two distinct six-month placements outside your chosen division with real deliverables.
- Transition into your specialized division in Year Two, owning measurable business outcomes under the guidance of a senior mentor.
- Engage in technical sales, market development, and client relationship management to support industrial manufacturing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning supply chain, quality control, and procurement to understand end-to-end operations.
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and presenting tailored chemical supply solutions.
- Hold a First Class or Second Class Upper Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
