We are currently looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and driven individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee - Spare Parts. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the receipt, inspection, identification, storage, and issuance of automotive and industrial spare parts.
- Support the maintenance of accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates of stock transactions on the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels, identify fast-moving and slow-moving items, and proactively report potential stock shortages.
- Support periodic physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Assist in identifying specific spare parts required for commercial vehicle maintenance, repairs, and aftermarket servicing.
- Support the preparation and processing of material requisitions, purchase requests, and stock transfer documentation.
- Track outstanding spare parts orders and follow up on timely deliveries with the Procurement Department and suppliers.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Purchasing and Supply.
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, or automotive spare parts will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office productivity applications.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy, professional integrity, strong attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
