Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in strict alignment with overarching corporate objectives.
- Lead the comprehensive preparation, monitoring, and execution of annual budgets and financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance regularly and provide actionable, strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Partner proactively with retail operations, procurement, and sales teams to identify cost-minimization opportunities and improve overall financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and foster professional development within the internal finance team.
- Possession of a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least three years served in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Holding a higher degree or a recognized professional accounting certification such as ACA or ACCA is a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and cross-functional cost management.
