Key Responsibilities- Implement and oversee the Drill Team Quality Management Program to meet organizational and project goals.
- Monitor and evaluate contractors' Quality Management System (QMS) implementation for optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal QA/QC teams during the goods manufacturing phase.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and Deficiency Reporting (DR) systems efficiently.
- Lead equipment failure investigations and facilitate comprehensive root cause analysis.
- Handle all documentation related to purchased goods and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular Quality Management System assessments and audits.
- Provide strategic guidance, essential tools, and continuous support to DTQRs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
- Proven professional experience in oilfield operations and related quality roles.
- Deep expertise in industry standards, including API Standards, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, ASNT, and NACE.
- Advanced understanding of ASNT inspection practices and T.H. Hill DS-1 drill string inspections.
- Successful completion of an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course.
- Robust knowledge of drilling and completions engineering alongside rig equipment.
