Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities directly on site to maintain project momentum.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers, ensuring all output meets strict engineering specifications.
- Monitor the quality, safety, and overall progress of ongoing construction works.
- Collaborate closely with Site Engineers and other project personnel to streamline operations.
- Manage the efficient utilization of materials, tools, and heavy equipment on site.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety regulations, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
- Identify and promptly report any site issues, delays, or structural defects to management.
- Possession of an HND or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Demonstrated background working on large-scale construction projects within Nigeria.
- In-depth knowledge of modern construction methods, materials, and site operations.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand basic construction drawings and blueprints.
