About the Role
Penafort Energy Limited, an indigenous player in the downstream oil and gas and food and beverage industries, is seeking a qualified Company Driver. In this role, you will provide safe and reliable transportation for management, staff, and company goods, ensuring the highest standards of road safety and professionalism across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport management, staff, and authorized passengers to designated destinations.
- Ensure timely movement of company personnel, documents, and goods while adhering to approved routes.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking tyres, brakes, oil, and coolant levels.
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and monitor servicing, insurance, and statutory documentation schedules.
- Keep accurate logs of vehicle movement, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip reports.
- Comply strictly with traffic regulations, road safety standards, and company driving policies.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and report mechanical faults promptly to management.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate organization.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no history of serious traffic violations.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos roads and proficiency in using navigation applications.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and defensive driving techniques.
- Must reside within the Festac area of Lagos State.
