Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and manage all cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure checkout counter at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and provide exceptional in-store service.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and generate accurate sales reports at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate effectively with store staff to ensure swift customer service and a smooth daily operation.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant discipline.
- Age requirement: 19 to 25 years old.
- 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Must reside on the Lagos Island axis for ease of commute.
- Exceptional communication skills, highly presentable, energetic, and physically agile.
- Competitive monthly salary of N85,000.
